What we use

We store your shop domain, shop name, production settings, rules, holidays, Shopify subscription state and the authorization session needed to run the app. We read product and collection identifiers and titles to apply your rules, and the main product template to check whether the app block is installed.

We do not request orders, customer records, shipping addresses or payment card details. Shopify handles subscription payment. Storefront requests include a product identifier; we do not create customer profiles or tracking cookies.

Retention and deletion

Uninstalling revokes app access and pauses the promise. Shop settings are removed when Shopify sends its shop redaction request, normally at least 48 hours after uninstall. Security and webhook delivery identifiers may be retained for up to 30 days. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your app data.

Service providers

Shopify processes app authorization and billing. Railway hosts the application and PostgreSQL database and processes shop configuration on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.
